Crops - we accept returns, please email us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
Briefs - we cannot accept due to health reasons more details on returns can be found on the Returns page.

I spent $100 and didn't get free shipping
If you have committed to recycling you will receive 10% off, this will reduce your total cart price, if you fall under $100 you will be charged shipping.
When will I receive my order confirmation?
Immediately – but you will need to check your junk mail folder, we are finding our order confirmations often going to junk.
I just placed my order. Can I add another item to it?
Unfortunately no, because we are a work training program we are limited in resources in changing orders. As we grow this will be a feature we can add.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes you can, but it must be prior to us posting it, so if you need to cancel please be quick!
Can I change the address on my order?

How can I track my order?
When your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number.
Do you have gift cards or vouchers?

Sorry we don't. We are an online work training program and don't have a retail store front.
What are the delivery timeframes?
Please allow 3 business days for your order to be packed and sent.
We do not offer express post for several reasons, one is the additional carbon, another is that we believe in taking it slower. We are a work training social enterprise and we want to remove the pressure from new trainees to set them up for success
We only use Australia Post due to ease of pick up from customers and network coverage as well as
their commitment to being carbon neutral.

Can I send my order as a gift?
Yes, you can write a message in the notes section, we do not gift wrap.
What if I don’t receive my order confirmation or shipping confirmation?
First check your junk folder and if nothing receive please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your contact details, email address and we will follow up for you.
What is the purchase price currency?
All product prices and payments are in Australian Dollar (AUD$).
