We do not offer express post for several reasons, one is the additional carbon, another is that we believe in taking it slower. We are a work training social enterprise and we want to remove the pressure from new trainees to set them up for success. We only use Australia Post due to ease of pick up from customers and network coverage as well as their commitment to being carbon neutral.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be packed and sent.

How much does delivery cost?

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS - Flat Rate of $10
INTERNATIONAL - Flat Rate AUD$25
All orders are sent via Australia Post standard mail

What will my items ship in?
All orders shipped in 100% home-compostable postage satchels. 

How can I track my Australian order?
When your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide, all of our international orders are shipped via Australia Post for a flat rate of just AUD$25.


Will I have to pay international taxes and duties?
Your order might be subject to duties in your country, we do not add on any duties.

What if I’m not home when my delivery arrives?
Australia – If you are not home, Australia Post will leave a card telling you which Australia Post branch to pick up from.

For international orders – if no card is left, please contact your local mail carrier/postal service

 

EXCHANGE OR REFUND

What is your returns policy?

We are sorry but we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind.

Due to health reasons, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on underwear.

Bras and crops can be returned within 7 days with packaging for a refund. Returns will be processed within 5-10 business days

IMPORTANT: Please retain proof of postage, unfortunately we cannot process a return without receiving the item

 

I’ve received an incorrect or faulty item
If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, please email us at 
hello@underwearforhumanity.com.au Include your name, order number and a clear image of the faulty item. We’ll sort it out as quickly as possible, please be patient our business is a training partnership for people at risk of homelessness and we are unable to reply immediately.
