Underwear for Humanity take sustainability to the next level. There is no sugar coating, no green washing, and certainly no BS with this brand. They are committed to helping the environment & their actions say it all. They have a work training program, they make underwear & give it to people in need for no charge, they recycle old underwear, they have ethical manufactures, are inclusive, they create eco friendly products & have zero plastic packaging. I could go on & on…
This post is for reviewing the product though, I’ll leave it to you to inspect every nook & cranny of their website to see all the wonderful ways they are creating change.
Now let’s chat knickers!
This crop is designed to accomodate cup sizes up to GG & comes in sizes 10-24. This is specifically designed for fuller busts, so you simply purchase the band size you need & the cups will stretch to accommodate.
At first glance, once you unroll them out of the packaging, you might think its too tiny, but please stay with me here. This is a DOUBLE layer ribbed fabric. It is strong, it is comfy & my gosh it will stretch where it needs to.
This crop is also great for people with sensory needs. There are no clasps, tags, hooks, loops, rings or really anything to irritate the skin at all. The crop stays in place all day, the band doesn’t roll up & nothing digs in. Being a crop, it is worth noting there isn’t any bust separation, but this is to be expected.
These knickers are the high waist briefs which come in sizes 6-26. Note these are not a ribbed fabric like the crop. They are a single layer of Tencel fabric which is super fine & stretchy. They are so lightweight, it’s remarkable! The sizing on these is generous. I love that the waist sits where I want it to & the knickers are comfy to wear all day long.
I highly recommend!
